1. DOLLAR does NOT accept the use of a Debit/Check Card at this location.
2. Driving is on the right side of the road. Vehicles may not be driven out of Mexico.
3. Shuttle Information: Shuttle Time to Vehicle is 2 minutes, Shuttle Distance is 1 meter. Shuttle Service is Free. Shuttle Frequency/Pick up is Every 3 Minutes.
4. Renter must present valid driver’s license and credit card in own name at time of rental. Renter must be 21 years of age and have held drivers license for minimum of 2 years.
5. Driving Age: Minimum driver’s age is 21. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will be required to pay an underage drivers fee of 10.00USD per day.
6. Additional Authorized Drivers: A charge of $5.00USD per day will apply. The charge for immediate family members is $3.00USD per day.
7. Credit Card insurance coverage's are not accepted in Mexico*. *Insurance coverage’s purchased on third party websites are NOT accepted in Mexico.
8. LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) this optional coverage reduces the renter’s responsibility for the vehicle in case of accidents, total loss or theft with a 10% deductible of vehicle value. It does not cover accessories or partial theft, Cost - USD of 16.95 per day (Economy thru Midsize) And 19.95 per day (Standard Thru Luxury Van). A deposit of 10% of the vehicles value will be held on the customer’s credit card by pre-authorization at the beginning of the rental. Credit card authorization is released when the vehicle is returned without damages.
9. If LDW is not accepted, customer will be responsible for all costs and full value of the vehicle.
   SLI (Supplementary Liability) This coverage protects customer against third party claims resulting from an auto accident in the rented vehicle during the term of the rental for bodily injury and property damage other than to the rental vehicle. SLI extends coverage of legal liability up to MXN 700,000. Cost USD 13.95 per day.
10. PAI (Personal Accident Coverage) provides medical expenses benefits to the renter and passenger of the Dollar vehicle. Coverage is up to MXN 200,000 per event. Cost USD 3.95 per day.
11. Supplementary Liability protection and other coverage may be forfeited if the rental vehicle is used in a manner contradictory to the terms of the rental agreement, additionally the coverage may be void if vehicle is driven in a reckless manner or involved in: sub-rentals, towing of vehicles, trailers, etc., driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driven on non-paved roads, used in illegal activities, used for commercial cargo transport, used in street racing, involved in an accident as a result of a violation of local or Mexican transit laws, rental was processed with invalid documentation, vehicle driven by unauthorized driver, vehicle driven by unlicensed driver.
12. Police report is mandatory for all collision accident.
13. Vehicles rented with a full tank of fuel and must be retuned full to avoid a locally determined refueling charge, Renter has the option to purchase prepaid gas at the counter.
14. Vat 10 percent ** Airport Access Fee - 7.00 percent.
15. If LDW is declined it is MANDATORY for customer to purchase the Supplementary Liability and would be responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
16. This location accepts the following credit cards and/or methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
17. Reservations are held 2 hours past pickup time, no exceptions.
18. Airline flight information is required for the reservation.
19. Baby Seats, Toddler Seats and Light Weight Strollers are available at a cost of $5.00 per day each, upon request.
